Prepayments for all reservations must be made by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Cash, personal checks, travelers checks, as well as VISA/MC/DISCOVER are gladly accepted for balance due.

Reservation Policy

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and yet prevent loss of income to our business.  Since our location is such that we do not receive a large volume of traffic past our office, we must depend heavily on advance reservation business.  Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it.

If a guest cancels a reservation, their deposit will be refunded only if we can fill the reservation completely. 
 A $50.00 service charge is deducted from all returned deposits. 

GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR RESERVATIONS MADE. 
THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR RATE CHANGE FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.

PREPAYMENTS REQUIRED 
A $200.00 Prepayment per unit is required;
whole duplex is considered a double unit.
BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.
